The site is live
Sower Tarot has a home of its own. The site shows every card of the deck, 37 today, each with its picture, its moving clip and its description, and every morning at seven it draws one card and posts a reading for the day. The archive begins with the reading of 13 October.
The morning’s card is picked by a public random number, so anyone can check that no hand chose it. Each reading names the number it came from; the about page explains how to check a draw.
The site, its cards and texts, and the skills that make new cards and the daily reading are open source at github.com/rayh1/sowertarot.
